Differences in culture, language and legal systems can be extremely challenging for a starting company in China. Therefore, in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Shanghai, De Baak is providing an annual training program for Dutch businesses and entrepreneurs that want to learn and gain an understanding of these challenges in order to create a successful company on the Chinese mainland.
The Dutch Chinese Entrepreneurship Program is an intensive hands-on program that is focused on the establishment of your business in China. The program provides you the practical knowledge, personal insights and network required to get things done. You will develop your international entrepreneurial skills; cross-cultural understanding; strategic as well as market-oriented thinking; and by doing so, build your business in China simultaneously.
Participating in the Dutch Chinese Entrepreneurship Program means:
- starting your Chinese company/office,
- saving months of your time on doing research and acquiring a local network: you can start directly with building your business,
- being supported by experienced China-entrepreneurs that provide their lessons learned and practical insights,
- learning from fellow starting entrepreneurs and share your solutions,
- developing guanxi (relationship) with the Chinese government right from the start, through the network of the Consulate,
- having an overview of the practical issues you need to address when starting up in China.
